Pick a crop, set your serving, and see what that portion carries. Every figure here is printed on that crop's Microgreens World guide page. The full measured record, every published value with its growing conditions, is in each guide.

Measured varieties

Broccoli

Brassica oleracea var. italica

Read guide No. 01

A measured 16 gram serving, tracked through eleven people. Also the wateriest of seventeen species, and the grown crown still beats it on vitamin C.

Vitamin C

10.9 to 17.6% DV in 20 g

Sulfur

The bar shows how much of the Daily Value one serving gives you. Only some nutrients have a Daily Value set by the FDA, such as vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium, iron and protein, so the others show the amount with no bar. Each lab also grew the crop differently, so compare figures within a trial, never across.
